Does Proactive skin care solution kit clear up blackheads as well as zits?

I don’t have many zit outbreaks, but i have loads of blackheads laying a siege on my face. I’m curious if proactive will help with my problem here.. any thoughts/comments/suggestions?

PROAVTIVE= a waste of money get some of this and your face will clear up in days. Wash 2 times a day and keep hands off of your face
